License to us

By uploading Customer Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Plan details, including features and pricing, are available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual).
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

AI-generated outputs, including classifications, estimates, and summaries, are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional engineering, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any output used in decision-making.
